Mike, Mark and Joanna partnered to purchase and renovate the former gym, turning it into a 50,000 SF Class A office space for a growing tech tenant. The project was one of the quickest in HCG’s history; in the 3 months between getting the project under contract and staring construction: the team executed an office lease, secured financing for the project, and navigated the terms of an underlying ground lease.
